MBO A-76 - I'm looking for help!

Hello

I'm looking for help with MBO machine type A-76 with MCC3 digital controll.
We just installed it on site but we don't have any support/training availble for now...

We have manual in german and from it I managed to start it and done some folding with all configurations from this manual.
Quite easy - 2-3 h serlf training.

Problem is that i can't set the folds to be perfect straight - 10 folds and ALL are different 0.5 - 1 mm in angle...
No idea what should i move/set/screw now. Sheet stop's is ok in buckle plates and i tried to change the angle in both sides but still some folds are not "perfect".
Material is 150mg sheet.
Rollers are set "by the manual" but i have no idea how to adjust them as it might be the cause of problem as well...

Other thing is the digital controller MCC3 - I've done my best to click "all" the buttons to start this machine working.
Don't really know how but machine is working somehow (1 sheet every some secounds)

So i PLEASE PLEASE if someone have ANY materials (pdf/books/pages) or knowledge that might help - PLEASE AGAIN - write here or send me a msg.

Hello,
your A76 is just the name of the stream delivery. Please call the correct name of the folder. Then we can try to help you. This is on the server side below the fold rollers. Do you K76?

That is a A76. I guess that you are have not alone the A76

At the Side http://www.Manualnguide.com can you finde the Other manual, too. But it is a dead link.
For the folds you must look for a lot of thinks
If you have 10 Folds that isn´t a easy job to fix it.
My first Question is How long ist the paper that you want to Fold.
If it longer than 28 inch and only 8 inch broad than cut the intake stroke ( i hope that is the Right word ) to 4 Inch and go Slowly highe

You are my hero for today for this MCC3 manual - now i can play all day with it and my boss will hug me for that

And You didn't understand me i see... I have 3x A-4 sheet to fold to one A-4 with one page inside. I put two deflectors on upper plates and set deflectors on the lower.
Everything is fine - folding like i want but the folds are NEVER straight and same - always there is a difference in angles like 1-2 degrees.

Tommorow i can post the result when i come back from work...

Control of the MC is simple.
Turn on machine and run the compressor and drain.
The key with the symbol suction wheel hold and start a bow.
Then press and hold the arc distance and start an arc.
These two keys are mapped gray top left.
Well at least the arc runs with calculated values.
Set size - about the 1-2-3 button you can see the game.

Hello, was unfortunately too slow.
If your engine under the control of the MCC control panel underneath manual preset counter, then the suction length and the arc distance is adjusted manually. The lot size is as mentioned above at the MCC control set. If your rebate - fluctuations, remember the bags on check squareness and adjust the folding rollers on easy train. The statement should be still pull with 2 fingers back from the rolls.
Fold plates are not too far 2 mm are enough.

Thanks Everyone for support - 13.000 folders gone straight and clean in less than 5 hrs -> 3 pages A4 / 2 folds
Problem with fold angle was because of one buckle plate that wasn't tight secured and there was a little gap.

All working great and smoth now. 3 days of 'self training' and Your support made company more productive.
